Have you thought about doing a juice detox? I’m a fan of juice detoxes, and I do them weekly.

Why do I juice weekly?

  • It helps keep me at my ideal weight.
  • It helps my body heal quicker (important now that I’m getting older).
  • It gives me the energy I need to crush goals (and I love crushing goals)!

Juicing is a way of life for me now, but it wasn’t always that way. You crawl, then you walk, then you run…and that’s okay.

Juicing offers several health-related benefits such as a massive micro-nutrient boost (which is healing for the body), hydration, digestive help (since you’re consuming less food), increased energy (from nutrient boost and less digestive energy required), weight management, and detoxification.
