Recently, someone told me that they had been suffering from H pylori bacteria for years. I felt this was unfortunate, because on two separate occasions I completely eradicated H pylori bacteria in two weeks time.

How did I do this?

Well, before I get into the solution, let’s consider how I contracted H pylori bacteria in the first place.

The first time I contracted H pylori bacteria was 2023 after eating a salad from an organic restaurant called “Naked Lunch”, which is located in northern Virginia. Just a few short hours after eating the salad, I began to experience what is called severe heartburn or acid reflux.

So let’s pause there for a second.

How many humans do you think have suffered from severe heartburn or acid reflux and treated it with OTC drugs like Tums/antacids for years and never realized that they were infected with H pylori? I know my own mother was plagued with belching, heartburn, etc for decades and she took OTC meds to suppress the acid production when she should have been treating the root cause, but she didn’t know better.

Additionally, how many humans do you think have been told that H pylori was incurable without medical attention? How many humans have not been told that H pylori can cause stomach, pancreatic, liver, and other types of organ cancer? Spoiler: H pylori bacteria not only will attach to the stomach lining (causing stomach cancer) and it will proliferate in your stomach indefinitely, but it will also travel throughout the digestive tract and settle into other organs, as well. Archived with NIH, the World Journal of Hepatology (2015) states that “Some studies have indicated that H. pylori infection induces autoimmunological diseases in the liver and biliary tract [and] is generally regarded as the risk factor of the development of gastric diseases, including cancer.”

These facts are why a routine holistic detox is important at all stages of life, but detailing the holistic detox topic is for another time and blog.

Although I wash my produce thoroughly, the second time I contracted H pylori was July 2024 after I purchased fruits/vegetables from the grocery store. I’m not sure if it was the kale/spinach or the strawberries or the blueberries or the mushrooms, but I created a salad with those ingredients and an hour later I started experiencing chronic acid reflux. Because I knew better, this time, I was able to start eradicating it with an herbal remedy immediately.

On both occasions, I immediately began attacking the bacteria with an herbal protocol and within two weeks time I had eradicated the H pylori bacterial infection.

Now, back to the original question — how did I eradicate H pylori bacteria from my body when several people I know have suffered with it for years?

The solution is quite simple really. If you do the following, you can eradicate H pylori bacteria within two weeks time.

To Eradicate H pylori Infection, Consume the following daily:

  • Organic Oregano essential oil
  • Organic Turmeric essential oil
  • Broccoli sprouts
  • Aloe Vera juice
  • Fermented cabbage
  • Organic Green tea/Pau d’ arco tea combo with organic honey

That’s it! Just consume those six items daily (while eating a plant-based diet) and in two weeks (or less) your H pylori bacteria will be eliminated. How do I know? I have completed this regimen successfully twice myself. FYI: I never recommend anything to anyone that I have not tried myself.

There are a few caveats, which are:

1.) Avoid caffeine for two weeks – caffeine exacerbates an H. pylori infection by increasing acid production. Admittedly, I have stubbornly drank coffee while treating my H. pylori infection, but it is counterproductive and makes killing the infection more difficult.

2.) Anytime you introduce a new food into your body, then do so with caution. What does ‘caution’ look like? For example, if you are using oregano essential oil, then make sure it is an organic source and start with a drop at a time to see how your body takes it. For me, I needed to build up a tolerance to it because it burned my stomach even with 16 ounces of water, but now I can take eight drops of oregano oil at a time with 16 ounces of water and experience no adverse symptoms. So, anytime you introduce something new to your body, proceed with caution. Also, when using essential oils dilute them properly. Like I said, when I take an oregano essential oil capsule, I drink 16 ounces of water with it.

3.) Always take personal responsibility for your choices. Since 2015, I have been using my body as a guinea pig to test herbal remedies to see what does and does not work. This is why I can tell you what does and does not work because I have used myself as a guinea pig first. I always take personal responsibility for my choices and if you decide to follow a similar course, then you must also decide to take personal responsibility for your choices — just like when you go to the doctor and they make you sign a form stating that they are not liable for any consequences and so it is with most everything in life.

#1 Rule: Always proceed with caution. If you’re taking lots of prescription medications, then it will behoove you to visit your doctor (and do your own personal research) to discuss any possible contraindications.

That’s it! If you follow these instructions, then you should be eradicating your H pylori bacteria soon.

What’s next?

In closing, I encourage you to minimally dine at restaurants because each time you eat food at a restaurant you are subjecting yourself to poor hygiene practices, humans who don’t care about your health, and unclean food. At home, wash your produce in distilled water with some other type of diluted disinfectant, such as iodine, hydrogen peroxide, or apple cider vinegar. I use all three of these disinfectants with my produce and I wish I had done it the last time I contracted H. pylori because that time I was in a hurry so I didn’t wash my food properly and we see where it got me. But, hey! At least I got to use my experience to help you.

Wishing you Zen and Vigor (whatever your age),

Heather Blackwell
