- Scope of Services: New Zen Vigor (“Provider”) offers a range of services including but not limited to one-on-one counseling, marital counseling, nutritional counseling, wellness workshops and courses, and holistic therapies.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other relevant information that may impact their participation in the services offered. Clients must follow all instructions provided by the Provider and understand that results may vary based on individual effort and commitment.
- Payment and Cancellation: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments without prior notice.
- Health and Safety: Clients understand that participation in holistic health activities involves inherent risks, and they agree to take full responsibility for their own health and safety during sessions. The Provider may refuse service to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate.
- Confidentiality: The Provider respects the privacy of clients and will not disclose personal information shared during sessions unless required by law. Client information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.
- Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, branding, website materials, and session materials, are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
- Disclaimer of Liability: The Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the services offered. Clients participate at their own risk and are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness program.
- Modification of Terms: The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates.
By booking services with the Provider, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
