What I’m about to say will make you cringe. Yes…cringe.

Why?

Humans are conditioned to be out-of-touch with their body. Humans are conditioned to fear social condemnation for uttering such words as enema, anus, poop, breast-feeding, orgasm…🤯 However, to me, these words are part of the human anatomy and your natural biological function. The status quo has conditioned you to squirm when any sex-related topic emerges (even if it’s not sex related at all). However, your holistic health is wrapped up in your ability (or inability) to discuss these very important topics that are not sex-related at all.

Anyway, I tell you all that to say this — if you want to be healthy across your lifespan, then you must de-program your brain away from feeling squirmy when navigating the topics of biological processes. Therefore, you must stop thinking like a 10-year-old child and start thinking like an adult, naturopathic scientist. Aaaand…I just lost most of you. For those of you who are still tuned in? Good for you. You just might make it.

A few years ago, back in 2019, I remember thinking, “What happens when the human digestive system gets old?” I was thinking about the liver, the gall bladder, the small intestine, and the colon. Throughout my young life, I had heard of older people (40 to 50-something ages) getting tumors, cancers, and gall bladders removed, but I never heard anyone say what had caused these phenomenons or how they could be prevented. It was always gossip about “so-n-so had a tumor in her gut the size of a grapefruit!” and then everyone would cluck their tongues at the unfortunate soul and then pray that it never happened to them — case closed, onto frying chicken and rolling dough in Crisco.

During 2019, I knew too many 20-something aged people experiencing gut-related issues, so it got me thinking about my body’s maintenance. Also, as I performed car maintenance, I was relating my body to my car. I was thinking, “If all things get old, wear out, and need to be replaced (e.g. clothes, carpets, plumbing, engines, oil, tires, etc.), then when will the parts in my body need maintenance and how will I maintenance them? I knew that replacing my body parts was not an option (not for me), and I knew that human cells constantly regenerate so that humans had completely new bodies about every seven years (according to research articles I’d read). Also, back in 2018, I’d stumbled across a YouTube video of an Eastern woman (from India) explaining that everyone needed to cleanse their colons with enemas and her reason was ‘to cleanse the crud that accumulates on the intestinal wall’ um, yeah, cryptic.

In 2019, the enema discovery of 2018 was integrating itself into my consciousness as a healing possibility for me, although the idea of sticking a lubricated tube up my rectum to inject yet to be identified liquids into my colon to evacuate unidentified “crud” made me squirm…so I feel ya if that squirmy person is you. I was once ‘less than enchanted’ by the idea of enemas, too.

From 2018 to 2021, I mentally “chewed” on various ideas of how to conduct routine maintenance on my digestive system. I began drinking distilled water and completing gall bladder/liver cleanses. I bought a juicer, which I began using almost daily. I began adding more and more whole, plant-based foods to my diet. And then, I bought my first enema bag kit with organic coffee made just for coffee enemas.

Fast Forward to Present Day

As of today, I’ve completed over 500 coffee enemas and I feel healthy. I look healthy. I am healthy compared to my physical state in 2021. Now, I’m the lady telling people that they need to conduct regular enemas to clean the crud from their intestines if they want to be healthy.

What is the intestinal crud that everyone keeps mentioning?

The crud is biofilm comprised largely of proteins, polysaccharides, and dead cells, More importantly, parasitic worms and candida hide in the biofilm. I know. I’ve seen it. I have the pictures and the videos to prove it. There isn’t a human on the planet who doesn’t have the crud living on their intestinal walls and it’s just a matter of time before the crud starts causing you chronic illness “if” you don’t manage it. The smart humans are managing it. Everyone else is avoiding the issue.

If you are not having large, colon-shaped firm, bowel-movements (1-2 times daily), then you need to get on the coffee enema cleansing train, because it is the path to long-term digestive system health. If you have infrequent bowel movements that are in the shape of balls, either small or large, then you have amassed, biofilm, tumors, parasites, etc., and you need to manage your digestive health.

Coffee Enemas are Your Friend

Coffee enemas cleanse and rapidly detoxify the liver, and produce an abundance of glutathione which is a key antioxidant needed to keep human cells healthy.

According to the Gerson Institute (named after Dr. Max Gerson, a cancer doctor who used coffee enemas as a part of his therapy), coffee enemas:

1.) “stimulate the liver to increase its detoxification of the blood and decrease the toxic load on the liver. This includes removing a variety of toxins and free radicals from the bloodstream. They assist the liver so as not to overburden an already sluggish and toxic liver with the flood of toxins dislodged from the clean, nutrient-dense food and juice of the Gerson Therapy. They are a required component of the Gerson Therapy’s treatment system.”

2.) include “caffeine, theobromine and theophylline that dilate blood vessels, bile ducts and relax smooth muscles, increasing the flow of bile.”

3.) “should always be balanced by [drinking, fresh-squeezed vegetable/fruit] juice. The typical ratio is 3:1 (three, 8 oz. juices for each coffee enema). Those not on a Gerson Therapy protocol should drink plenty of water.”

4.) “have appeared in medical writings dating back to ancient Egypt and have been cited in case reports and articles from the late 1800s.”

Another coffee enema advocate is Josh Axe who is known as Dr. Josh Axe. His article on coffee enemas states:

“Before you start thinking that [coffee enemas] sounds completely crazy, consider the fact that various types of natural detoxification treatments, including enemas, have been used for thousands of years to help restore digestive function and general health. Some were even mentioned in ancient historical scripts like The Dead Sea Scrolls that described how Jesus used ordinary ingredients and materials, like food and water, to help heal illnesses.”

Per the Dr. Axe’s article, it states:

Today, doctors of functional and alternative medicines use coffee enemas to help manage conditions including:

• cancer

parasites

• overdoses

• constipation

• liver dysfunction

Candida virus

• IBS

• and other digestive disorders

Bottom Line?

Coffee enemas are healing and the health-savvy human who wants long-term quality of life — free from chemicals, pathogens, and parasites — needs to be doing them.
