If you live in the good ole ‘US of A’, chances are you have parasites. Yes — worms, viruses, and bad bacteria — and they will make you extremely ill before they kill you. (Sorry to be a buzz kill.)
I know it’s hard to believe. I didn’t believe it, either, until I had a toilet full of two-foot worms. I’ve evacuated thousands of the ‘slippery little suckers’…now I think I know where that expression originated.
How did I kill the worms? Short answer — coffee enemas, carrot juice, cruciferous veggies, garlic/onions, water fasting, plant-based diet, and anti-parasitic herbs.
How do you know if you have parasites? If you have these symptoms (like I did):
Gas – humans usually only pass gas when parasites are dying in your intestines, because when parasites die, they release ammonia; another reason is fermentation of candida/yeast, which is a harmful bacterium that typically precedes inflammation and cancer-causing environmental conditions. Either way, flatulence is bad news for you. I, personally, know about gas as it relates to dying parasites because every time I pass gas, I also pass dead parasites. If you want to know more, check out this article.
Quick test – eat about 25 Brussel sprouts (steamed for about a minute) and two cloves of fresh crushed garlic (let crushed garlic sit in open air for 10 minutes to release allicin). If you pass gas, then you need to do a parasite cleanse ASAP, and regularly.
Other Symptoms
- Any skin rashes/acne
- Muscle, bone, joint pain
- Chronic Lethargy
- Sleepy after eating
- Brain fog
- Sugar/junk food cravings
- IBS
- food allergies
- tumors
- yeast infection/candida
- Can’t maintain steady breath after starting cardio workout
- Gallstones
- Diarrhea/constipation
- Endometriosis
Since 2010, I had most of the above symptoms and I didn’t know they were related to parasites, so I brushed the symptoms off as “just a sign I’m getting older”. No, it wasn’t. It was parasites. Now, post-detox, I feel like I’m 25.
Why didn’t I know I had parasites for a decade?
They were hiding — Parasites hide in a gelatinous substance called “biofilm”, similar to the film on your teeth or the mucus in your nose. I’ve observed 3-4 two-foot worms living in one thick, ropey strand of biofilm. The biofilm is made of polysaccharides (sugar), dead cells, and protein, so the white blood cells (macrophages) don’t attack it, which is how the worms stayed hidden in my small and large intestines for years. How did I get parasites? Eating sushi — since I saw the movie “You Got Mail” and decided that if Meg Ryan ate sushi, then it must be good.
Now? I eat a plant-based diet. Parasites hate the chemicals in leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, and carrots. Also, a nice side effect is I don’t crave sugar the way I did, I have lots of energy, and I can taste the natural goodness in foods like potatoes and oatmeal that I once thought was bland.
Your Detox Tips
1. Daily Cleansing
- Water fasting changed my life. I love water fasting around the full moon, because I expel lots of parasites, especially when I add my anti-parasitic herbs.
- Juice fasting is supreme. The more fresh vegetable juice you can drink the healthier you will be.
- Consume all the garlic, onions, and herbs you can.
- Coffee enemas are a daily must.
- Buy L-Ornithine capsules to neutralize the ammonia, because die-off gas/bloating will be terrible if you don’t.
2. Say ‘No’ to Raw Meat Forever
Avoid all raw or poorly cooked meats, fish, seafood and shellfish! I don’t care what the waiter says or that guy you know who loves sushi from ‘So n So’ restaurant. The aforementioned raw meats are loaded with parasitic eggs and cysts, because usually the sea creatures after being caught sit around for hours allowing the parasites to crawl into the meat (which you eat) and no amount of heat (except for incineration) will kill them. Also, avoid all pig products like ham, bacon, pork, lard, pig skin, and sausage made with pork. I knew a lady who died from a pork-derived tapeworm that was stuck in her brain. Also, the actress from Game of Thrones, Amelia Clarke and Taylor Swift’s mom, Andrea Swift, both had brain tumors, and brain tumors almost always come from pork-derived tapeworms. Check out this Scientific America article and this article from Forbes.
3. Overdose Daily on Organic Fruit and Vegetable Juice
I know from experience — Dr. Gerson was right. Try to drink at least forty ounces of fresh veggie juice daily. If you can’t do that, then just do as much as you can. Going ‘Pro-Plant’ will change your life. Your body was made from the Earth and you need food from the earth to heal it and to keep it healthy.
4. Do a Liver/Gallbladder and Heavy Metal Detox
Bile kills parasites. Bile comes from your liver. Most humans have low-functioning livers and gall bladders. I know I did. Check out this article which is spot-on. Because I read this article, I’ve successfully completed six gallbladder/liver cleanses. Go to this store for the complete detox protocol.
Also, cleanse your liver with dandelion root tea, dandelion greens, beets, and milk thistle to aid your liver in healing and optimal function. For milk thistle and turmeric, I like the Gaia brand.
5. Eat Tons of Raw Garlic and Onions
Raw garlic and onions contain sulfur which is highly anti-parasitic. With garlic and onions, take it easy. Start out with one crushed garlic clove and develop a tolerance. Now, I can eat an entire crushed garlic bulb, but it took me two years to develop tolerance. Also, red onion juice is the worst-tasting stuff, so chase it with honey, but it is an instant worm-killer with the most quercetin.
6. Oil of Oregano
I cured h. pylori bacteria using oregano and turmeric essential oils from Rocky Mountain Oils. As far as I know, they are the best brand for essential oils. I also cured a toenail fungus using thyme oil compresses (beware getting a pedicure).
7. Consume Probiotics
Keeping your gut healthy means having good gut bacteria to fight the bad bacteria. Whether you eat kimchi, sauerkraut, or take a probiotic supplement… Get probiotics in your diet.
8. Eat All the Herbs
Green-hulled Black Walnut, Pau d’ Arco, thyme, cloves, and wormwood are all good. Wormwood cured me of Giardia. Colloidal silver cured me of E. coli and salmonella poisoning.
9. Stop Eating at Restaurants
After eating at an organic restaurant called “Naked Lunch” in Northern Virginia, I contracted Giardia (2022) and then I forgave them and I went back a year later (2023) to try them again and I contracted h. pylori. However, I also contracted salmonella poisoning after eating cheesecake at a three star “French”restaurant in Northern Virginia. Also, I encountered a manic waitress who begged me to eat her raw fish appetizer. I also contracted food poisoning from two Chinese restaurants in Northern Virginia. So whether it is an unethical restaurant worker in Northern Virginia or just bad restaurant hygiene, eating at restaurants (especially in urban cities) is a surefire way to contract viruses, bacteria, and parasites.
10. Eliminate Sugar and Fried Oils
Parasites love sugar and fats. Also, consuming excessive amounts of sugar and fried oils can have detrimental effects on your health. Sugar and fats contribute to weight gain, increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer-causing inflammation. If you crave sugar, then you have parasites — I know from experience.
That’s all for now. Stay healthy. Have a Zen and Vigor Day.
