Choco-Oat No-Bake: anti-cancer recipe

In a world full of chemical-traps, we smart rats need to navigate the haze of the maze to obtain the cheese called “good health”.

Eradicating cancer is not easy, but it does usually take decades of bad decisions and ignorance to create an environment where cancer can thrive, so the solution to eradicating cancer shouldn’t be easy.

That being said, we also don’t have to live a life completely devoid of pleasure to obtain the solution to a cancer-free life.

In this post, one of my solutions to fighting cancer while enjoying a little of what I once enjoyed a lot (and probably too much) is chocolate and sweetness (without the sugar and baddie chemicals).

Without further ado, here is a chocolatey, sweet, and easy recipe for you.

Choco-Oat No-Bake Cookies

Step 1: measure 1 cup of rolled oats and chop in a food processor for two minutes on the “purée” setting. (Chopping makes the oats softer, easy to chew, and the texture is more palatable).

Step 2: melt 1/4 cup organic, unrefined coconut oil in a quart-size pan on stove top. (FYA: this type of coconut oil has important cancer-fighting nutrients unlike processed coconut oil.)

Step 3: add and stir 1 tsp organic cacao powder into melted coconut oil. (Be exact with the cacao powder, because all chocolate products contain cadmium which causes osteoporosis and other bone-loss diseases, so less is more. Read about cadmium dangers here and here.)

Step 4: once chocolate and coconut oil are blended, then add organic Ceylon cinnamon (to taste), organic Madagascar vanilla, and 3 packets of Stevia in the Raw (with dextrose, NOT erythritol, which causes blood clots that lead to heart attacks and strokes.)

Step 5: add 1/4 cup cashew butter and melt into coconut/chocolate liquid until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Step 6: add and fold the chopped oats into your coconut-chocolate-cashew butter sauce until thoroughly blended.

Step 7: hand-roll the mixture into palm-size balls and then press them onto your cookie sheet.

Step 8: place loaded cookie sheet into the freezer for ten minutes to allow mixture to harden slightly.

Step 9: Enjoy your healthy, chocolatey, nutrient-dense, sweet treats guilt-free!

The cookies store in the refrigerator until you eat them. I usually eat my batch within 24 hours, but they will keep in the fridge for a few weeks in an airtight container.

Also, coconut oil is healing for the body; however, you do need to detox your body weekly to eliminate excess oils, toxins, and food-related detritus. In this case, learning how to DIY coffee enemas is the best (and I mean BEST) solution to a whole body detox. Soon, I’ll post an instructional course on how to correctly self-administer coffee enemas, because there is only one correct way to do it and I haven’t seen anyone on social media doing it correctly.

Conclusion

Sweet treats don’t need to have killer ingredients. If you are challenged with chronic illness, do your research on what your body can or can’t digest, consult your physician, and consult…Me, your friendly neighbor nutritionist, to discover what foods work best with your body. Last, discover how to cleanse and heal your body, so that you can reclaim many of the foods on your ‘do not eat’ list.
