  1. Great article with lots to unfold and think about. I do have to say that there is a turning point in life when you have to just accept that not everyone/everything deserves a response and/or your attention. Although I disagree with the disagreement on Maslow’s pyramid (which I believe needs adjusting as society and life changes), your point touches a broader, more intimate place: the human soul. Our soul, well…is our own soul. This should be who we aspire to connect with. Once we have that connection, if you are seeking love, it will be easier to find and attract love. As you mentioned, you need to nourish your body (first stage of Maslow’s needs) before you can focus on the next need. Same could be said for love/acceptance.
